Rajive Johri, Chairman of the Board of Semantifi, Inc.
Rajive currently serves as Director on the boards of Citicorp Trust Bank fsb., ConAgra Foods Inc., Boys Town USA and Lighthouse International. He retired in January 2009 from First National Bank of Omaha where he served as President and Director since 2006. In addition, he served as Director and Executive Vice President for the bank's holding company, First National of Nebraska, Inc., and prior to that served as Director and Chairman for InfiCorp Holdings, Inc. He also served as Director on the boards of Charter Communications Inc. and the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce until January 2009.
Rajive brings more than 35 years of US and international executive experience in building businesses and executing business strategies for leading global companies like IBM, Citigroup and J.P. Morgan Chase. Prior to joining First National Bank of Omaha in 2005, Rajive served as Executive Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase in New York where he was responsible for leading marketing & risk organizations and strategy for their credit card business.
Rajive holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the IIT New Delhi, India and M.B.A in Marketing and Finance from the IIM Calcutta, India.
Shree Pragada, Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Shree oversaw customer marketing across 42 markets as Director of International Cards and lead analytics for an $84B credit card portfolio as Senior Vice President of CitiCards, Citigroup. Shree has over 14 years of experience in marketing, risk management and analytics at Citigroup, Fleet, Chase, and Advanta. Shree has a B. Tech. in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Warangal, India and M.S. in Computer and Information Sciences from Temple University, Philadelphia, PA.
Ashoke Dutt, President of Banking and Financial Services, Quinnox, Inc.
Ashoke Dutt heads Quinnox's Banking and Financial Services practice. Ashoke has over 23 years of experience in the global financial services space including corporate and consumer banking. He was formerly Executive Vice President of Marketing at Discover Financial Services, the largest independent credit card network in the US. Ashoke spent three years at Morgan Stanley as Executive Vice President of International before moving on to Discover Financial Services, the credit services business unit of Morgan Stanley.

Prior to his stint at Morgan Stanley, Ashoke spent 20 years at Citibank, where he has held various senior positions in Europe, Asia and the US. Ashoke holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the Northeastern University, Boston and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Calcutta.

He has successfully embedded a proprietary client-driven business performance improvement framework within several transnational corporations - resulting in significant revenue and margin growth at these firms.
Ravi holds a BA in Finance and an MBA in Organization Design and Development. He lives in Scarsdale, New York with his wife and their two children.

Bhaskar is a seasoned senior executive with over two decades of experience with global multi-nationals, including MphasiS Corp., Citibank and Merrill Lynch. He has worked in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the United States in Information Technology & Business Process Outsourcing, Internet Technologies & eCommerce, International Private Banking, and Global Asset management & Capital Markets. Bhaskar was the co-founding team member and investor of MphasiS Corp., where he has played key executive roles including that of COO, Global Head of Sales & Marketing and ultimately as President of BPO until 2006. MphasiS was the seventh largest publicly-listed Indian IT & BPO company prior to its acquisition by EDS in 2006, for a market capitalization of approx. $750 million.
He later worked as a Venture Partner with 2 leading Venture Capital firms and architected 4 cross border transactions in the Technology and ITES domains.
